This very nice and cozy typical farm house of the island, is completely modernized in 2014.
Located close to Es pujols in a very strategic position, only a few minutes from the ***Illetas/Levante beaches: levante and mitjorn.
The main house has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second twin bedded room with bathroom and living area with open kitchen.
The resin floor and the wooden beams gives this area a warm and silky touch. From the internal patio, equipped with table and chairs for outdoors dinner, we have finally accces to an indipendent third double bedroom with bathroom en-suite.

The sea is turquoise blue and the water crystal clear. With its fine, white sand and shallow water, it is understood why Formentera is called “Caribbean of the Mediterranean”. At Illetas beach is the sunset with the rock island Es Vedra in the background, a magical spectacle.
On the Illetas side, there are several restaurants / bars – some of them are quite expensive and exclusive – so that one can run a star across the way. The Levante side is a bit more relaxed. Also here you will find crystal-clear, turquoise waters and long white beaches beckon. Right on the beach is the restaurant Tanga, which offers fresh fish and fresh paella.
